Refund policy

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of item receipt, allowing you to request a return during this period.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all attached tags, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure you retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items returned without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues

We kindly request that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to assess the issue and take appropriate corrective action.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

Please note that we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To expedite the process of obtaining the item you desire, we recommend returning the item you have and, once the return is approved, making a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For customers in the European Union, there is a 14-day cooling-off period during which you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason, without the need for justification. Similar to our standard return policy, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. Be sure to retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. You will be informed whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.
